差异基因柱状图绘制


获得差异基因或者差异代谢物后,计算FC值后就可以绘制了

使用须知:
  • 首先安装要用的包ggplot2
  • 将数据放在csv格式中,放到同一目录(也可先设置工作路径),命名data2
  • 最左边一列除表头,用序号标识
  • 基因列表头为Name,数据(log2FC,或自定)表头为log2FC
  • 运行代码,结果输出在源文件夹,名字为:results.pdf
